COURSE OVERVIEW
Accelerating the development and building the capacity of the next generation of high
potential female leaders and executives for organisations is very important.
Our Emerging Women Acceleration Programme (EWAP) develops young future women
leaders with the necessary skills to transition into management and leadership roles within
their organisations. This programme is aimed at women who are demonstrating
management and leadership potential through achieving high performance standards in the
workplace.
Therefore, the purpose of the programme is to accelerate the management and leadership
capabilities of young women to be able to manage self, others and contribute to
organisational performance. Delegates are expected to go through instructor led training ,
mentoring and coaching, rigorous practical workplace based assessments and case studies.
At the end delegates will have a plan of action and tools such as personal development
planning tools to allow them to excel in the workplace.
